Abstract

AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 47-17-510, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST MISLEADING OR DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, LABELING, OR MISREPRESENTING PRODUCTS THAT ARE CELL-CULTURED MEATS, SO AS TO DEFINE "CELL-CULTIVATED FOOD PRODUCT" AND REQUIRE THE ACCURATE LABELING OF CELL-CULTIVATED FOOD PRODUCTS. - RATIFIED TITLE
