A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-1-339 SO AS TO PROHIBIT THE SCHEDULING OF SPORTS EVENTS FOR A HIGH SCHOOL TO OCCUR ON THE SAME DAY ON WHICH THE SCHOOL IS HOLDING ITS GRADUATION CEREMONIES OR PROM, AND TO MAKE SUCH EVENTS SCHEDULED IN VIOLATION OF THIS PROHIBITION VOID.
