A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING ARTICLE 29 TO CHAPTER 1, TITLE 1 SO AS TO PROHIBIT A PUBLIC ENTITY FROM REQUIRING A PERSON TO DISCLOSE THEIR RACE ON AN APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION OR EMPLOYMENT.
