A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 37-29-110, RELATING TO PALMETTOPRIDE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SO AS TO ADD THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION, OR HIS OR HER DESIGNEE, AS A TWELFTH MEMBER; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 37-29-130, RELATING TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF GIFTS, AND THE RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE OF PUBLIC FUNDS, BY PALMETTOPRIDE, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PUBLIC FUNDS ALLOCATED TO PALMETTOPRIDE MUST FLOW THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
