A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 39-41-255, RELATING TO RETAIL MOTOR FUEL OUTLETS POSTING SELF-SERVICE PUMP GASOLINE PRICES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT EVERY RETAIL MOTOR FUEL OUTLET SELLING FUEL FOR MOTOR VEHICLES AT RETAIL MUST CHARGE A PRICE PER GALLON NOT STATED OR COMPUTED IN FRACTIONAL CENTS AND MUST ADVERTISE OR DISPLAY THIS PRICE IN LIKE AMOUNTS.
