Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 63-5-90 SO AS TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS, CREATE THE OFFENSE OF LURING A CHILD INTO A CONVEYANCE, DWELLING, OR STRUCTURE, AND PROVIDE A PENALTY AND DEFENSES TO PROSECUTION.
