Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 36-1-201, RELATING TO THE DEFINITION OF "MONEY", SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT MONEY DOES NOT INCLUDE A CENTRAL BANK DIGITAL CURRENCY.
