Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 38-55-730 SO AS TO ALLOW INSURERS TO POST AN INSURANCE POLICY OR ENDORSEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE IF CERTAIN CONDITIONS ARE MET.
