Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 40-5-235 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT LAWYERS LICENSED FOR MORE THAN FORTY YEARS WHO ARE FOUND TO HAVE NO WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OR THE CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA MUST TAKE AND PASS THE UNIFORM BAR EXAMINATION.
