A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 6-1-330, RELATING TO LIMITATIONS ON THE IMPOSITION OF LOCAL FEES SO AS TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF A STORMWATER FEE TO FIFTEEN PERCENT OF THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES LEVIED ON THE PROPERTY BY THE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY IMPOSING THE FEE.
