Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-103-45, RELATING TO ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS OF COMMISSION REGARDING PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER LEARNING, SO AS TO ESTABLISH AND MANDATE A PATHWAY FOR FULL ARTICULATION AGREEMENTS BETWEEN TECHNICAL COLLEGES AND FOUR-YEAR PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS LEADING TO A BACCALAUREATE DEGREE IN EDUCATION, TO FURTHER PROVIDE AN ANNUAL REPORT OF ANY INSTITUTION PREVENTING THE COMMISSION FROM CARRYING OUT ITS DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS.
