AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 59-63-85 SO AS TO PROVIDE PUBLIC SCHOOLS SHALL NOT PROHIBIT THE POSSESSION OR PERSONAL USE OF SUNSCREEN, AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS. - RATIFIED TITLE
