A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 2-19-70, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST DUAL OFFICE HOLDING, SO AS TO EXTEND THE PROHIBITION TO THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBER OF A MEMBER OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, AND TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS.
