Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 16-17-470, RELATING TO EAVESDROPPING, PEEPING, AND VOYEURISM, SO AS TO REVISE EXISTING TERMS AND DEFINE OTHER NECESSARY TERMS, AND TO INCREASE THE PENALTY WHEN THE VICTIM IS A MINOR.
