Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 16-7-140, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF SECTIONS 16-7-110 AND 16-7-120, SO AS TO REMOVE THE REFERENCE TO THE REPEALED SECTION 16-7-110; BY REPEALING SECTION 16-7-110 RELATING TO WEARING MASKS AND THE LIKE; AND BY REPEALING SECTION 16-7-130 RELATING TO EXCEPTIONS TO SECTIONS 16-7-110 AND 16-7-120.
