Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 46-57-65 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO LABEL ANY CULTIVATED FOOD PRODUCT AS BEEF, POULTRY, FISH, OR ANY OTHER MEAT THAT THE CULTIVATED FOOD PRODUCT MAY RESEMBLE FOR THE PURPOSES OF MANUFACTURING, SELLING, OR HOLDING OR OFFERING FOR SALE IN THIS STATE.
