Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 40-47-37, RELATING TO PRACTICE OF TELEMEDICINE, SO AS TO REMOVE THE PROHIBITION ON PRESCRIBING LIFESTYLE MEDICATIONS UNLESS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS.
