Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 2-19-95 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TO THE SUPREME COURT, A CANDIDATE MUST BE A RESIDENT OF GREENVILLE COUNTY.
