Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING ARTICLE 4 TO CHAPTER 67, TITLE 15 SO AS TO ABOLISH THE DOCTRINE OF ADVERSE POSSESSION; TO REPEAL SECTIONS 15-67-210 THROUGH 15-67-260 RELATING TO ADVERSE POSSESSION; AND TO REPEAL ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 3, TITLE 15 RELATING TO ACTIONS FOR RECOVERY OF REAL PROPERTY.
