Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING CHAPTER 83 TO TITLE 15 SO AS TO PROVIDE LIABILITY PROTECTIONS FOR CERTAIN VOLUNTEERS WHO TRANSPORT VULNERABLE ADULTS.
