Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 1-1-499 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO PROHIBIT THE ELECTRONIC DEVICES IT MANAGES FROM ACCESS AND USE OF WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS THAT THREATEN CYBERSECURITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE FROM FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC THREATS, SUCH AS TIKTOK.
