AN ACT TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-4072 SO AS TO PROVIDE THE CIRCUMSTANCES IN WHICH VEHICLE OPERATORS UTILIZING FIFTH WHEEL ASSEMBLIES MAY TOW AN ADDITIONAL TRAILING VEHICLE. - RATIFIED TITLE
