Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 44-130-65 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR FAILING TO SEEK TREATMENT FOR OPIOID USE DISORDERS IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.
