A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 16-3-910, RELATING TO KIDNAPPING, SO AS TO REMOVE THE LIMITATION WHEN THE KIDNAPPING OFFENSE ALSO INVOLVED SENTENCING FOR MURDER.
