Smoking in car; unlawful to smoke in car with a minor in the vehicle

Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-3910 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR A PERSON TO SMOKE A TOBACCO PRODUCT IN A MOTOR VEHICLE IN WHICH A MINOR IS A PASSENGER AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY.
