Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND ARTICLE 1, CHAPTER 29, TITLE 59 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO SUBJECTS OF INSTRUCTION, BY ADDING SECTION 59-29-17, TO REQUIRE EACH HIGH SCHOOL TO OFFER A ONE-HALF CREDIT COURSE OF STUDY IN PERSONAL FINANCE AS AN ELECTIVE OR MATHEMATICS CREDIT BEGINNING WITH THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.
