Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 61-6-1610, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ALCOHOL SALES AT FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS OR PLACES OF LODGING, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT MAY, AT ITS DISCRETION, REVOKE OR SUSPEND THE LICENSE OF A LICENSEE OR PERMIT HOLDER AFTER A THIRD OR SUBSEQUENT VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 61-6-1610.
