Abstract

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 59-53-1784, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MIDLANDS TECHNICAL COLLEGE ENTERPRISE CAMPUS AUTHORITY EXEMPTIONS FROM SURPLUS GOVERNMENT PROPERTY DISPOSAL LAWS, SO AS TO CLARIFY AND REVISE THE SCOPE OF THE EXEMPTIONS, AND TO PROVIDE THE AUTHORITY SHALL FILE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS CONCERNING THE SALE OF EXEMPT REAL PROPERTY WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND THE STATE FISCAL ACCOUNTABILITY AUTHORITY. - ratified title
