Abstract

A JOINT RESOLUTION TO CREATE THE "STUDY COMMITTEE ON YOUTH VIOLENCE AND DELINQUENCY" TO INVESTIGATE THE CAUSES OF YOUTH VIOLENCE AND DELINQUENCY IN THIS STATE AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROPOSED CHANGES TO STATE LAWS AND OTHER REMEDIES TO ADDRESS SYSTEMIC ISSUES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, GANG VIOLENCE AND THE SCHOOL HOUSE TO JAIL HOUSE PIPELINE.
