Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-29-45 SO AS TO REQUIRE VACCINE ADMINISTRATORS TO OBTAIN WRITTEN INFORMED CONSENT BEFORE ADMINISTERING A COVID-19 VACCINATION TO A PERSON; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF RELATED FUNDING.
