Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 17-22-935 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN NONVIOLENT OFFENSES MAY BE EXPUNGED AND TO ESTABLISH THE CIRCUMSTANCES UNDER WHICH THE EXPUNGEMENT MAY OCCUR.
