Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 16-3-760 SO AS TO DEFINE NECESSARY TERMS, CREATE THE OFFENSE OF CYBER SEXUAL HARASSMENT, PROVIDE PENALTIES, AND DELINEATE EXCEPTIONS.
