Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 23-1-250 SO AS TO PROVIDE A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER WHO IS THE SUBJECT OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER MISCONDUCT INVESTIGATION IS PROHIBITED FROM RETIRING FROM HIS LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY DURING THE COURSE OF THE INVESTIGATION.
