A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-6-1171, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DEDUCTION OF MILITARY RETIREMENT INCOME, SO AS TO EXEMPT ALL MILITARY RETIREMENT INCOME FROM SOUTH CAROLINA INCOME TAXES.
