Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 23-35-175, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS AND CERTAIN TERMS AND THEIR DEFINITIONS, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF THE TERM "FIREWORKS PROHIBITED ZONE" TO INCLUDE ANY PUBLIC BEACH OR PUBLIC BEACH ACCESS.
