Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 22 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO MAGISTRATES, BY ADDING SECTION 22-1-45, TO PROVIDE THAT IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL FOR A CURRENT MEMBER OF THE SENATE TO APPEAR AS ATTORNEY AT LAW IN A MAGISTRATES COURT LOCATED IN A COUNTY REPRESENTED BY THE SENATOR.
