A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 63-7-20(6) OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING CHILD PROTECTION AND PERMANENCY, TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONS TO THE DEFINITION OF "CHILD ABUSE OR NEGLECT" OR "HARM".
