Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-19-455 SO AS TO PROHIBIT CERTAIN ENUMERATED ACTIVITIES AT LAKE WILLIAM C. BOWEN, LAKE BLALOCK, AND SPARTANBURG MUNICIPAL RESERVOIR #1 IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY; AND TO REPEAL ACT 465 OF 2002 RELATING TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SAFETY AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE COMMISSION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR THE CITY OF SPARTANBURG.
