Uniform Limited Liability Company Act of 2019

Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 33 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS, AND ASSOCIATIONS, BY ADDING CHAPTER 43, TO ENACT THE "UNIFORM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT OF 2017," TO PROVIDE FOR THE MANNER IN AND REQUIREMENTS UNDER WHICH LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES ARE ORGANIZED, OPERATED, REGULATED, DISSOLVED, TRANSFERRED, AND CONVERTED; AND TO REPEAL CHAPTER 44, TITLE 33, RELATING TO THE "UNIFORM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY ACT OF 1996."
