Driving on the right side of road

Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-1810 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO DRIVING ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAYS, TO PROVIDE THAT A PERSON WHO VIOLATES THIS SECTION MAY BE FINED UP TO TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR EACH VIOLATION, AND TO PROVIDE THAT ONLY WARNING TICKETS MAY BE ISSUED FOR A VIOLATION FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY DAYS AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT.
