Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTIONS 1-3-495 AND 25-1-470 SO AS TO SET FORTH THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND PROCEDURES BY WHICH THE GOVERNOR MAY LAWFULLY DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY.
