Family Privacy Protection Act of 2002

Abstract

A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-2-30, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS IN THE FAMILY PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT OF 2002, SO AS TO REVISE THE DEFINITION OF "PERSONAL INFORMATION" TO EXCLUDE CONTRACTOR INFORMATION, LOCATIONS, COSTS, OR DESCRIPTIONS CONTAINED IN BUILDING PERMITS FILED WITHIN ANY ENTITY IN THIS STATE.
