Abstract

A SENATE RESOLUTION TO RECOGNIZE THE MONTH OF APRIL 2020 AS "ZERO TOLERANCE FOR LITTER MONTH" IN SOUTH CAROLINA AND TO URGE THE STATE'S LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS TO WORK TOGETHER THIS MONTH AND THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FOR A CLEANER COMMUNITY, THUS PRESERVING THE NATURAL BEAUTY OF OUR COMMUNITY, OUR STATE, AND OUR COUNTRY.
