Abstract

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 48-39-290, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO CONSTRUCTION SEAWARD OF THE BASELINE, SO AS TO ALLOW FOR CERTAIN EROSION CONTROL STRUCTURES TO HAVE THE DAMAGE ASSESSMENT BASED ON A SINGLE DISTINCT CONTINUOUS SEAWALL OR BULKHEAD RATHER THAN ON A LOT BY LOT BASIS. - ratified title
