AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-13-35 SO AS TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE TREATMENT OF FEMALE INMATES, AND TO PROVIDE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF PERIODIC VISITS BETWEEN SUCH INMATES AND THEIR MINOR DEPENDENTS. - ratified title
