A Bill To Amend Section 9-9-40(3) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To The Retirement System For Members Of The General Assembly, To Provide That A Member Of The Retirement System For Members Of The General Assembly Whose Employment Immediately Prior To Retirement Is Covered By A Correlated System Must Receive Retirement Benefits In The Amounts As Determined Under The Correlated System.
