A Bill To Amend Section 48-1-90(A)(4) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Remedies For Causing Or Permitting Pollution Of The Environment, To Clarify That Persons Who May File A Petition With The Department Do Not Include A Department, Agency, Commission, Department, Or Political Subdivision Of The State, And To Provide For Department Decisions That Are Not Subject To Judicial Review In A Civil Proceeding; To Amend Section 6 Of Act 198 Of 2012, Relating To The Savings Clause, To Provide That The Savings Clause Of Act 198 Applies Only To Cases Filed Before June 6, 2012 And Any Federal Project For Which A Final Environmental Impact Statement Was Issued Prior To June 6, 2012 But No Record Of Decision Was Issued Prior To June 6, 2012.
