AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 57-25-150, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PERMITS ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGNS, SO AS TO REVISE PROVISIONS THAT VOID PERMITS FOR CONFORMING AND NONCONFORMING SIGNS REMOVED IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, TO PROVIDE PERMITS MUST BE MAINTAINED FOR NONCONFORMING SIGNS STRUCTURALLY DAMAGED BY VANDALISM, AND TO PROVIDE PROCEDURES FOR RESTORING NONCONFORMING SIGNS STRUCTURALLY DAMAGED BY VANDALISM. - ratified title
