A Bill To Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 7-13-25 So As To Establish Early Voting Procedures; To Amend Section 7-3-20, As Amended, Relating To Duties Of The Executive Director Of The State Election Commission, So As To Further Define His Duties; And To Amend Section 7-15-320, As Amended, Relating To Persons Qualified To Vote By Absentee Ballot, So As To Include Voting During The Early Voting Period.
