A Bill To Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 56-5-3715 So As To Regulate The Operation Of A Moped Along Certain Public Roads; And To Amend Sections 56-5-3710, 56-5-3720, And 56-5-3730, Relating To The Operation Of A Moped Along The State'S Highways, So As To Provide That Both A Person Operating A Moped And His Passenger Must Wear Reflective Vests, To Require That A Moped Sold In This State Must Be Equipped With A Rear Red Tail Light That Flashes Continually While The Moped Is In Motion, And To Require A Moped'S Rear Red Tail Light That Flashes Continually To Be Turned On At All Times While The Moped Is In Operation.
